My name is Eric Parsons, and I’m just getting started in my real estate career. I believe my work ethic and attention to detail will help shape me as a Realtor and will take me far as I embark on this adventure. It would be my honor and privilege to be there for you, to guide you and assist you in your special pursuit, whether you’re looking to buy or sell.

I worked my first job at age seventeen, and I’ve been working ever since. I attended Tulsa Welding School immediately after I graduated high school, and graduated with honors as a master welder. I’m a mechanic through and through, and if it involves an engine, I can fix just about anything.

I’m currently an employee of Weyerhaeuser in Dierks, celebrating my thirteenth year in the company. I started working as a millwright, later moved into the mobile shop as a mobile mechanic, and I was recently promoted to mobile shop lead. I’m blessed to work for such a great company, and with the excellent team at Weyerhaeuser.

My auction history- I’ve worked alongside others in the auction industry for many years. I started out in auction setup, and ringman work. I did anything that was needed besides the actual auctioneering. I knew I wanted to be an auctioneer one day, and that dream was realized in 2018, when I became a Licensed Arkansas Auctioneer. I am proud to say I am a first generation auctioneer, which isn’t that common. I believe my experience with auctions will couple well with my real estate career, as I’ll be able to work with you on traditional listings, as well as real estate auctions. In many cases, an auction is potentially the prime way to buy and sell real estate, and I’m eager to help you with an auction, or a traditional listing.

On a personal note- my wife, Lauren, and I have been married since 2015. I am a devoted father to our one and only little girl, Millie. I love the Lord, and do my best to serve Him each day. I am a member of the Glenwood Methodist Church Board. I am the vice president of the Glenwood Chamber of Commerce. My mother-in-law, Shannon, and my father-in-law consider me their own, and you may already know my father-in-law, David Hale. David never meets a stranger and sells propane at our family owned and operated company, located in downtown Glenwood. My wife and mother-in-law own and operate a dance studio in downtown Glenwood as well. I’m an active member of our community. I volunteer whenever I am able to help. For several years, I’ve been heading up the car show at our annual, local festival, Caddo River Fest. I enjoy meeting new people, and getting to see each of the custom and classic cars as they roll in on show day. I’m obsessed with custom cars!

If you’re looking to buy, I’d be honored to find you the home or place of your dreams. If you’re looking to sell, I’d be happy to set you up with a traditional listing, or if you’re interested, a real estate auction is another route we can take. Whatever I do, I give it 100%, and I’d be grateful to have your business. It means a lot when someone puts their trust in you, and I will work for you to get you the results you want. I’m just getting started, and alongside the awesome team here at Lake Hamilton Realty, I know I will learn everything that I need to know. As they show me the ropes, it’s good to know I’m in good hands, and good company.
