Kathi Maffit is an award-winning Realtor who has been helping people buy and sell homes and land, in Arkansas, since 2008.

For 2022, she earned a Platinum Award of Excellence in real estate. She has earned Gold, Silver, or Bronze awards nearly every year for more than a decade.
She is the secretary of the church council of First Lutheran Church in Benton, volunteers for various HSBOR committees, including being a past officer in various positions, and is actively involved in making the Real Estate profession better. She holds several professional accreditations including GRI, GRLA, ePro, and C2Ex.
Kathi and her husband live on a rural homestead near Benton, where she enjoys hiking, observing the wildlife, and being in nature.
