I’m Kris Tortorice. Spending time with my children and grandchildren is the joy in my life. My son Morgan and his wife Dolores reside in Austin, Texas, while my daughter Missy and her husband Abe reside in Denver, Colorado, along with their two adorably adorable daughters, Harper and Hadley. They are the main source of happiness in my life, and I am incredibly proud of the lives and families they have both created!
But I do have a second love, and I get to pursue it everyday in my profession! For the past 15 years, I have worked in a variety of real estate-related fields. In 2007, I began my career as a Real Estate Agent and joined LHR, earning my Brokers license in 2009. I had the opportunity to work with a New Home Builder and Developer in Hot Springs from 2010 to 2015, where I learned all the aspects about agricultural planning, design drafting, and lot home placement and home construction. I also acquired first-hand experience working with a variety of vendors and tradespeople during the construction process. For five years, I managed new home constructions while also working in sales and marketing. I decided to return to LHR in 2015 and to utilize my practical training to represent sellers, buyers, investors, and to manage the Rental Dept. I believe that one of the key factors in my success has been my capacity to remain composed in stressful situations and make informed decisions.
I am really concerned with the outcomes for my clients and that is my focus daily. I’ve experienced many ups and downs over the years and dealt with a variety of challenging circumstances and transactions, but this business is in my blood and in my heart. I can’t think of a better career for me! It never gets dull, despite the constant changing and evolving of the Real Estate market. I thrive on working with people to assist them in achieving their aspirations and objectives.
